Sustainability

As a company we aim to be as environmentally sustainable as possible Sustainability for us isn’t rhetoric but our reality. Our food is safe, healthy and nutritious. It’s produced without hazardous pesticides, chemicals, non-essential antibiotics or growth promotion supplements. we source all ingredients as locally as possible and embed sustainable pract ices such as cooking with in season ingredients (thus avoiding unnecessary transportation of produce), using environmentally friendly cleaning products and sending digital receipts.

Other examples include using biodegradable bin bags for unavoidable waste as well as using wooden cutlery, using refillable bottles for condiments, and eliminating single use plastic products.
